Father's Day
Yes, Father's Day was more than a month ago. Oh well. Here are some pictures!
Josiah gave Grandpa Scott a card.
Here are Josiah and Daddy dressed up for church. Josiah wore his monkey overalls from Ishani and looked oh-so-cute. He gave Daddy a card and Butterfingers for Father's Day.

My Three-Month-Old!
I have a (virtual) pile of pictures to sort through and post from June and July, but meanwhile, here's a peak at our big boy! He was three months old on Wednesday. Each week (and sometimes each day) he shows off new skills. Our smiley little guy loves to coo and laugh and blow bubbles. He's so proud of his ability to stand (with support, of course) and strains to sit up when we have him reclined. He pushes up in his crib and even scootches around--sometimes he turns himself all the way around in the course of a nap, or we find him bumping his head against the rails! He's batting at and grabbing anything in his reach that interests him, especially a favorite green ball from Grandma C.
At 14 lbs, 3 oz, Josiah has more than doubled his birth weight, too!

First Trip to Flagstaff!
We took Josiah for his first long car ride up to Flagstaff when he was four and a half weeks old. He screamed for the hour we were stuck in traffic, but most of the trip up I-17 he slept (thankfully!). He loved seeing his doting grandparents, aunts, and uncles, and he was generous with his smiles. Here he is on his first hike! We had to bundle him up against the nippy wind.
Auntie Em visited with him under the blanket. The Flagstaff sun was a bit too much for the Little Guy.
Auntie Anna came along, too!
Hiking inevitably led to napping . . .
Sweet Baby Feet
This was back when Josiah was still in the disposable diapers we took home from the hospital. Nowadays his bum looks a little bulkier in cloth--and with more weight! His feet are just as sweet, though.
